Spring Break Goals and Ideas

Since the kids will be out of school for Spring Break, we wanted to provide Moms with some fun ideas to keep the kids from getting bored. We also wanted Moms to keep the following Goals in mind for their kids' Spring Break this year:

Mom's Zone – Spring Break Goals

1. Spend quality time with children
   - Give children some options of what they want to do
   - Plan 2 or 3 specific events with the children that they can look forward to doing with you
   
2. Allow the children some down time to just “veg”
   - Get some books from the library
   - Rent some new movies
   - Let them play video games
   
3. Keep children from saying those dreaded words: “I'm bored!”
   - Create a list of little projects the children can do to help around the house
   - Consider doing a volunteer project with the children
   
4. Make sure they go back to school with at least one story they are excited to share with their friends and teacher
